South East London based pub group Inn Public is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious Sous Chef for its busy flagship venue serving a fresh and exciting menu.
Successful candidates should have at least two years’ experience of cooking fresh food using seasonal produce. We are looking for a flexible and hardworking individual with strong leadership and organisational skills, a positive attitude and a hands on approach, to make their mark in an expanding company.
In return we offer good rates of pay, very reasonable working hours, 2 days off a week, 28 days flexible holidays a year and an opportunity to develop and grow within the business and further your career.
Good spoken English essential.
