Maitre Choux is looking for a full-time sales assistant to join our fun and enthusiastic team at the most exciting patisserie in London!
5 days a week - 9 hours/day
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Full time job 5 days a week
• Availability during week days and weekends required
• Explain the products to the customers: you must be prepared to learn about our recipes and artisan production methods, in order to talk knowledgeably about our creations
• Maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service
• Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers
• Prepare and serve hot drinks such as coffee, fine teas, and hot chocolate
• Handle cash, POS system and reports
• Clean tables and general housekeeping
COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
We are the only Choux Pastry specialist. We bake the finest Choux, Eclairs and Chouquettes throughout the day.
Maitre Choux is a pastry shop in London with a 3 Michelin Star Pastry Chef, Joakim Prat. We serve 3 Michelin Star quality desserts in a young, dynamic and fun environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• French speaking a plus
• experience in luxury retail or high end food/restaurants
• Have a genuine love for pastry and hospitality
• Confident, and excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
• Sales driven and result oriented
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail industry and worked with fresh food, comes from either a restaurant or food retail background
• You must be able to attend a trial shift and have proof of right to work in the UK.
