As a Server at Reds you will be on the front line, spreading the gospel of true barbecue to our believers. Your aim is to offer that memorable table service, making sure our guests leave happy and singing our praises. From meeting and greeting at the door, to explaining our diverse and unique menu, educating our guests on our vast selection of true barbecue dishes, we want you to bring your personality and passion for food and share that with our guests. Whether it's taking food and drink orders, processing it through the till system, running food and drink to the table, generally cleaning and Bussing your section and the restaurant, and taking payments, its all part of providing an authentic barbecue experience to our hungry guests. experience providing service in a fast casual and high volume operation is preferred but not essential - being passionate about food (loving meat helps, as that's kind of what we're about!), keen to learn and share your knowledge with our guests, and willing to work together to help the whole team provide great service is what we are looking for.
