We are looking for a dedicated senior florist and shop manager for our busy Hackney shop. This role is to manage the junior florists, schedules, training where necessary and to take responsibility for keeping the shop fully stocked, tidy and looking great. experience of working in retail a bonus and must have great customer service skills. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for working with us and to get Stuck in with a great team at a really exciting point in the company.
Must have:
At least 5 years of experience
a good understanding of our creative aesthetic and of the brand
An excellent knowledge of plants
A full clean UK drivers licence
5 days a week, may need to work weekends so please only apply if you’re happy to do this
May require working across our Brick Lane and Hackney shops when necessary.
