We are looking for a Senior CDP/Junior Sous Chef for our friendly local pub serving fresh food all prepared on site.

You will work under the supervision of the head chef to help the team deliver busy services as well as being able to run the kitchen alone, cooking, ordering and managing other staff members in the head chef’s absence.

The ideal candidate will have

experience in a pub or restaurant environment preparing and serving fresh food.
Good knowledge of kitchen procedures including food hygiene and stock control.
experience of supervising other team members.
A good level of written and spoken English.
A good work ethic being willing to work as part of a team as well as work flexibly at evenings and weekends.
