Full Time Secretary Required For Estate Agency.
An independent estate agency based in Stockwell, SW9 are currently looking for a candidate that can work Monday- Friday between 9am-6pm.
The candidate will be hired to carry out secretarial duties that support the Manager.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
- Answering all telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Answering all enquiries received by email.
- Liaising with Lettings Manager regarding any maintenance issues.
- Dealing with all walk-ins and assisting them with enquiries.
- Assisting new tenants with signing all paperwork, copying necessary paperwork and handing over keys.
- General administrative tasks such as filing, updating spreadsheets etc.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous secretarial experience is essential.
- Must have previous experience in working in an office.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and have good IT Skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and use their initiative.
- Impeccable written and verbal English skills.
- Must be based in South West London
- Must have exemplary time keeping skills.
- Possibility of extra hours and occasional Saturday's may be required.
- We operate a smart casual dress code
- Available to start work from 3rd September 2022
Candidates of interest will be required to complete a trial shift. The shift will be paid along with travel expenses.
