Full time Sales assistant
Sutton Music Centre is a family run music instrument retail store with an established music school. We are looking for a motivated, experienced person to join our sales team. You must have retail experience and enjoy providing a high level of customer service.
Candidates must play any instrument however we are ideally looking for a confident pianist to specialise in our piano department. Knowledge of notation, music history and theory is preferred and familiarity with Word, Excel and PhotoShop is an advantage.
In addition to providing a high level of customer service, day to day tasks involve preparing the shop floor for sales demonstrations, tidying and displaying products, unpacking deliveries, communicating with customers via email/social media, setting up of teaching/rehearsal studios and developing product knowledge.
To start as soon as possible , the position is full-time (37 hours) including weekends. The salary is £8/hour.
