Neal and Palmer London - We are currently recruiting for a full time sales assistant to join a High End Luxury Menswear Brand in our boutique in the prestigious Piccadilly Arcade.

This opportunity would suit an enthusiastic individual with experience in sales.

Main Duties include:

* Ensuring that the customer service you provide is of the highest standards at all times.

* Handling all stock effectively and ensuring back of house standards are maintained.

* Supporting your Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals.

* Being a role model for the brand with personal presentation standards.

* Maintaining store visual standards

We are looking for the following qualities in the candidates applying for this role:

· Demonstration of exceptional customer service / clienteling skills.

· Enthusiastic personality and confidence in selling.

· Interest in fashion and menswear/tailoring in particular.

· Excellent communication and people skills.

· Flexible approach, team playing ability and availability to work.

· Comfortable in making decisions on their own when required.

The nature of the role is very client orientated and will suit individuals who pride themselves in their appearance and grooming and have superb communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 To 2 years’ sales experience in a store/retail environment.
• Fluent in English and preferably able to speak a second language.
