North Audley Cantine is looking for a talended waitress/waiter to join our team.
If you are passionate about hospitality, have experience in a busy and high volume restaurant. If you are looking for exciting new opportunities, then we want to hear from you!
The ideal staff member will have:
• Fantastic guest service skills
• experience working in a quality, busy hospitality environment
• Keen eye for detail and immaculate presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to forge strong links and maintain relationships with the guests
• Good food and wine knowledge
• A love for “wow”ing the customer
Based on North Audley Street in Mayfair NAC has a capacity for up to 60 covers in the main restaurant and terrace as well as an intimate 20 cover cocktail bar in the lower ground floor. The restaurant is young and vibrant with the clientele to match. Our menu focusses on quality, carefully sourced ingredients, innovative cooking techniques and an evolving menu a with influences from France, Asia and Brazil. The Owner was a Chef graduated from Paul Bocuse school in Lyon, and a sous chef for Jean Francois Piege in Paris.
