Coyne Medical are an exclusive private medical clinic in Fulham, London SW6. The clinic offers highly personalised General Practitioner care to our patients.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an amazing receptionist to join our friendly team.
You will greet patients on arrival, so an enthusiastic and customer care focused attitude is a must.
Previous experience in customer service essential.
You will be confident, approachable, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
You will assist patients with queries by email and telephone, including appointment booking and payments, as well as general administrative duties.
We have a fabulous website and computer system making your job easy, basic computer skills are essential.
Additional language skills will be an advantage.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, and Saturdays 10am to 2pm. Flexibility within our opening hours is essential. No work on Sundays or late evenings will be required.

Competitive salary of £19,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus staff bonuses. We believe happy employees give the best customer service.

The initial contract is offered for 4 months, a permanent position is possible for the right candidate.
No previous experience in healthcare is necessary. We will provide full necessary training. The clinic will be growing and plans to expand to further locations in London, we will offer ongoing training and opportunities for your career development.
