Baxter Storey, the leading independent UK caterer is currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist to join their reception team at the M and S hotel at Marble Arch.
Working shifts: 6:45/07:00 – 14:45/15:00 or 14:45/15:00 – 22:45/23:00
Working hours per week: 5 days over 7; Rota based; 37.5 hours per week
Rate of pay: £7.63 per/hour
Key Requirements:
• Customer service experience is essential / hotel reception experience is desirable / catering experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English
• Good organisational skills
• Good computer skills, quick to learn
• Ability to remember prices, do simple mental arithmetic, remember faces and names
• Smart, clean appearance
• Friendly, pleasant personality
• Reliable, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respectful and able to gain respect
• Flexible
