The right candidate will:
- have good customer service experience
- have a passion for the hospitality industry
- feel confident dealing with guests face to face
- be a good communicator
- be able to remain calm under pressure
- have a friendly attitude
- work well within a team as well as independently
- be able to work 40 hours per week
- be able to work 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm
- be able to work during weekends
- live locally due to shift pattern
