We are a friendly NHS General Practice in W14 looking for a robust, enthusiastic receptionist / administrator. Previous experience in a Medical Environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided with on-going opportunities for growth and development.
Applicants MUST be Educated to NVQ3 level or equivalent as a minimum.
We are looking for a candidate with impeccable English, who is friendly, articulate with excellent telephone manners and first class customer service skills. Previous experience in a Medical Environment is preferred but not essential.
You will need to be well-presented, enthusiastic, a team player and highly motivated. We need someone with a cheerful, mature disposition who is flexible and proactive. Apart from working in a team, this person must be comfortable working unsupervised on some occasions. The ability to communicate effectively on all levels is imperative for this role. Candidates must also be able to multi-task.
Excellent IT skills are essential.
This is a demanding roll where you will be working as part of a busy team. As you will be the first point of contact for patients’ and visitors’ to the surgery, you will need to be able to cope with the demands of a busy face to face public environment.
This is a part time post including evening work and weekend work (Saturday’s) on a Rota basis.
Salary £18,000 depending on experience.
NOTE: An Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service Check will be required.
