Oklava is a busy restaurant based in Shoreditch, and a rising star on the London foodie and restaurant scene - serving modern and exciting dishes based on head chef Selin Kiazim’s Turkish Cypriot heritage. We are a friendly and passionate team of staff - and are looking for a full-time prep chef (40 + hours a week) to join us. The job is aimed at early kitchen prep: Tuesday to Friday, from 5am until midday/1 pm and a flexible 5th shift on an evening or Saturday. Great for working parents and early risers. Details: 40 + hours a week (Tuesday to Friday Mornings + 1 other shift);
Salary £17.5k pro rata
Duties: Baking bread; Preparation of fresh produce; Multitasking; Working off of a detailed preparation list independently
Required skills: Independent and hard-working chefs; At least 2 years experience in a similar kitchen role; Reliable and trustworthy people.
