Full Time Operations Manager at Exclusive Personal Training Studio

We are an exclusive personal training studio located in Kensington. We are looking for someone to manage the studio who has great people and communication skills and a good work ethic. You will be self-motivated and be able to work independently. You will need to be proficient in spoken and written English. You will be required to have a good level of computer skills with a good understanding of word, excel and Google Drive.
Ideally we are looking for someone with some experience in a managerial role and an interest in Health and Fitness, however this is not essential for the ideal candidate.
You will need to be able to commit for a minimum of 18 months and be eligible to work in the UK. The operations manager role will be 40 hours per week working between 9am-6pm Monday - Friday.
Your role will be varied working alongside the companies 2 directors. You will ensure the studio runs efficiently, is kept presentable and operates in a professional manner. You will have the opportunity to manage and learn how a small business operates at all levels including operations, finance, and marketing.
The rate of pay is £9 per hour to begin with, raising to £10 per hour after 3 months and then £11 per hour after another 3 months as long as the successful candidate has managed to hit their set targets. After the initial 6 months the operation Manger will be eligible for a bonus scheme on top of their basic wage, again this is dependant on the candidate reaching set goals.
The role requires the following:
General administration
Sending out invoices to clients and personal trainers
Ensuring spreadsheets operate correctly and are updated
Opening mail and paying bills
Monitoring bank accounts and chasing outstanding payments
Contacting new and managing existing personal trainers
Keeping the office tidy
Depositing cheques and cash in the bank
Monitoring supplies and ordering any items required
Filing receipts and basic VAT preparation
Monitoring revenues as part of the KPIs every month
Ensuring marketing material is properly positioned.
Placing gym equipment back in the correct location
General tidying up
Ensuring changing-rooms are fully stocked with toiletries
Taking/collecting Towels to/from the dry cleaner
Management of the cleaning staff
Prepare Marketing KPI’s both online and offline- including Facebook, twitter, google analytics….etc
Explore new marketing campaigns and strategic alliances
