Full Time Office Manager Job

We are a Small Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Company that is looking to recruit someone with previous management experience, good computer skills and general office admin skills, to work on a full time basis.
The role will involve:
1- Managing an office team
2- Managing allocation of work to engineers
3- Dealing with customer complaints
4- Preparing quotes and sending to customers
5- Speaking to customers and engineers on the phone
6 - Logging calls and updating calls onto our CRM system
7- Updating customer online portals
8- General admin
9- Courtesy calling our new customers
10- Managing of returning unused parts
We expect the following from the potential candidate:
1- No refrigeration experience required!
2- Excellent communication skills
3- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
4- Ability to work under pressure
5- Ability to work on own initiative and make responsible managerial decisions
6- Very Punctual
7- Responsible and reliable
8- Well spoken
9- Good management experience
The candidate that gets awarded the job will receive full training on our systems.
Salary: £8.50 per hour (if over 25 years old)
