Hello welcome to A-P-L Properties.
We are an estate agent based in Camberwell, SE5 and we our looking for a Office Junior/Sales representative to join our team.
At A-P-L we strive to deliver a great service to all our clients, landlords and tenants. We need someone who is confident in building new leads and maintaining a great service for our customers as well as someone who is reliable and hard working. If this is you, get in touch!
Job Requirements:
• Must have a driving license with own car
• Overseeing the day to day property maintenance of the portfolio
• Managing a residential property portfolio
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Maintaining an updated property file
• Overseeing rent allocation from tenants
• Checking landlord statements produced by Property Management
• Acting as the first point of contact for any property management issues
• Ensuring rents are received
• Processing all references
• Setting up new tenancies and dealing with all administration from initial inquiry through to tenancy commencement
• Arranging the signing of contracts by both landlords and tenants in time for occupation
• Composing correspondence
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Good Problem Solver
• The ability to excel under pressure
• Strong IT skills
• Filling receipts and documents.
• Help run and organise office
• Must have some experience with Microsoft Package.
• Must be committed to work
• Be able to do full-time hours 30-45 hours per week.
