Full Time Office Administrator Job

We are currently recruiting for a Full-time Office Administrator with Driver's Licence to join our small team in a property developer's office and would able to start in July 2022.
What we are looking for:
• Valid Driver's Licence Holder is a must
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Good communication skills and high attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and perform a wide variety of tasks
• Ability to manage many simultaneous tasks whilst maintaining a high standard
• To manage the builders and refurbishments.
• To assist in all general office administrative tasks, including copying, scanning
• To assist in managing properties; varied tasks includes, check-in and check-out guests, deal with tenants/guests' complaints, etc.
• At least 6 months admin experience
Flexibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and to do things outside your job description is a must, as we are a small team in a small office where we all get exposure to a wide variety of tasks and projects.
Candidates should be able to work from Monday to Friday and some weekend work may be required. Salary £8.00 per hour
