Friendly French family leaving in South Hampstead, looking for an experienced kind and loving full-time nanny / housekeeper / mother's help for a family of 4, including a 4 years old girl who is at school, and a newborn baby.
The role requires the nanny / housekeeper to work in a team with the mum who is not working at the moment. Main duties includes:
⁃ Childcare duties: usual nursery duties from playing and stimulating the baby to changing the nappies and bathing. Helping with school pick ups and drop offs for our 4 years old daugher as well as helping with outings.
⁃ Household duties: completing all aspects of housekeeping, from tidying and cleaning to laundry, including, washing, drying, ironing, changing the bed linen, etc.
⁃ Help with cooking: preparing suitable meals for the children along with completing food prep for the family (chopping veg, meat etc.), possibly some cooking as and when required.
This role requires good flexibility on working hours. Minimum weekly hours guaranteed is 40 hours per week. Required working hours goes to up to 55 hours a week. Over 5 to 6 days. Starting time on weekdays is at 8am.
This role is to start on Oct 1st.
Must have criteria:
⁃ Previous experience with babies is a must
⁃ Excellent references required
⁃ Strictly non-smoker
⁃ Good English
⁃ Certified in baby first aid or be willing to be certified
⁃ Hold a current DBS or be willing to undertake one
