About your role:
The ideal candidate will be hardworking and passionate about their job. The role would suit someone with a strong Food and Beverage background with at least one-year experience in a Managerial role, who is an adaptable team player with strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:
• Acts with reliability, honesty and knowledge that promote the values of Kaspas Desserts. Complies with Kaspas Desserts operational policies and procedures.
• Able to build a steadfast and dedicated team.
• Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing administrative techniques.
• Has the ability to remain calm during periods of high volume of work to keep up the store’s operating standards and to set a positive example for the team.
• In charge of staff training by reinforcing successful performance and motivational methods.
• Works closely with the Area Manager to achieve a consistently growing store.
• Must be proactive in all approaches to upkeep the store.
• Delivers great customer service with a customer comes first attitude. Meets customers’ needs.
• Observes all Kaspas Desserts techniques, recipes and presentation standards to provide quality desserts and beverages in a consistent manner.
• Ensure all FSA and Health and Safety Executive standards are met.
• Stock and wastage control
• Upholds regular and consistent attendance and time-keeping.
• Cashing up, opening/closing checks including banking.
