La Scala is an independent Italian coffee shop in East Dulwich, SE22.

We are now looking for a full time member of staff to fulfil some managerial tasks.
The ideal candidate is a young dynamic individual, willing to work closely with one of the owners and who will also have the opportunity to learn how to run, evolve, develop a coffee shop and to bring their ideas and creativity to the business.

Being a “people person” is a key requirement. You will get to know every customer by name and the day to day life of a small community in London, East Dulwich.
This is not an office job: you will need to be able to cover different tasks from making coffee, prepare food, place orders with suppliers, opening and closing the shop, accountancy….etc…
This is a full time position, 5 days, 40-45 hours per week. Fridays, Saturdays are a must.
Salary commensurate with experience
