D and D, is a coffee and food shop based in the heart of East Finchley. We are currently recruiting for an experienced full time Manager to join our fast pace, energetic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team in a similar, busy environment. Customer service and satisfaction is one of our highest values, as well as impeccable levels of health and safety and hygiene. The successful candidate needs to be computer literate and have a general knowledge of Instagram/Excel/Microsoft Word. Being passionate about Coffee and food is essential. Duties will include: - Managing all D and D employees, ensuring team members are performing to their highest ability, providing the highest level of service and operating seamlessly throughout the shop- Organising weekly Rota's to make sure the store is adequately staffed, recognising busy periods were extra staff may need to be present, equally during quiet periods were staff/hours can be saved- Overseas all cash management; Successfully sticks to the companies weekly budget, calculating labour costs and cost of all goods purchased throughout the week, to make sure the company is profiting from business- Updating Invoice log with all incoming/outgoing invoices, keeping track of current spends and keeping weekly sales tracker up to date - Recognising we're costs could be saved by tracking stock wastage- Confident in recruiting, interviewing and hiring new team members who fit the required criteria- Maintains a clean, well merchandised store following visual presentationIf you have the required skills and feel this role could be right for you, please attach your CV to be reviewed.
