We are looking for a full time Maintenance person to join our loyal and hard working team.
To our sites at Home Backpackers in London and Brighton.
We have a busy Accommodation as well as bar operations.
​As maintenance person you will be responsible for:
The day to day repairs in the buildings, Guests rooms and public areas leasing directly with outsourced contractors, where required.
Ensuring health and safety audits and checks are completed such as fire testing and Emergency lighting.
Taking responsibility for the general maintenance of the property and upkeep of its facilities.
Ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
Strong knowledge of the following trades - electrical, plumbing, joinery painting and decorating.
Good planning and organisation skills are essential.
Friendly, helpful, can do attitude
Punctual, reliable and flexible
