Work hours: 8am - 7am
Job: We are looking for a great nanny to be our next live-in nanny.
We are a warm and welcoming French family, our children are a 4 yo boy and a 1 yo girl.
A typical day with us: in the morning you would help get the children ready for school, and prepare breakfast for them. Then you would take our son to school, and then take our daughter to playgroups, to playdates or the park. At 3pm you would pick up our son from school and take them to activities/play. In the afternoon we would need you to help with preparing dinner, tidying up and bath time. There might be a bit of laundry to do.
There may be babysitting sometimes too, once or twice a week at most.
We have a cleaner who comes twice a week so although there is usually some house tidying to do because of the children in the house. We don't expect our nanny to do it all, but we all help with everything in our house.
Our current nanny has been with us for the past 2.5 y. Unfortunately, she has decided to move on and so we hope to find a kind, organised and dynamic nanny to join our happy family. She will be leaving at the end of July and so we would like the new nanny to start mid-July to allow 1-2 weeks transition. We would like someone with previous experience and who will have at least 2 fantastic references from previous employers.
We live in the heart of East Dulwich (just off Lordship lane) in a Victorian house. It's really a charming and lively area, with great shops and restaurants, and within walking distance from several parks. It's also very safe, full of families and lots of other nannies, so there are lots of local friends to make.
