Continental Properties are an independent estate agents seeking a Full time Sales and Letting Negotiator for our small property lettings, management and sales office located in Leyton High Road E15.

The candidate will need to have excellent organisational skills, have a good telephone manner, be self-motivated, can work under pressure, and can show initiative, Punctual, Reliable, client facing and customer service skills and some sort of sales background.

Duties:

Credit Check and Referencing
Notice, Tenancy agreement
Organising inventory move in and move out.
Liaising with tenants and Landlords
Completing files with necessary certificates.
Organising maintenance jobs
IT Skills
Filing and scanning
Marketing of properties
Manage online properties advertisement
Take messages, contact details and registration requirements from clients and prospective tenants and the buyers.
Deal with Landlord, Tenant and third party queries arising from any aspect of letting and sale properties.
Maintain and manage the database of clients and properties.

This is a permanent position and experience preferable.
Your basic salary will depend upon your experience.
