Full time housekeeper/nanny. Southfields, south west london.
Main Objective
Our client is looking for a very capable individual to become the new Housekeeper/Nanny for their 6-bedroom family home in Southfields. This can be a Live In or a Live Out role and is responsible for the Housekeeping of the property including all cleaning, tidying, laundry and ironing along with cooking for the family, school pickups and dog walking.  The family have three children aged 13,11 and 8 and one dog.
Role details
Days/Hours:  Monday to Friday. 6.30am – 7.00pm. They are happy for you to take some time off during the day if you wish.
Accommodation if Live In: Separate apartment with own front door consisting of a double bedroom, shower room, living area and kitchen.
Salary:  Dependent on experience and Live In / Live Out status. Car available if required or mileage paid.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Responsibilities:

All Housekeeping duties for the family, ensuring the house is kept to a consistently extremely high standard.
Daily school runs.
Regular tidying and cleaning including dusting, vacuuming and polishing.
Laundry for the whole family including bedding changes.
Ironing of clothes and other items as required.
General tidying including loading and unloading dishwasher, clearing glasses, washing up, hanging clothes and Towels.
Cooking simple but fresh and healthy evening meal for the family on a daily basis.
Supervision of the children before school, after school and in the school holidays when necessary.
Walking family dog daily.
Regular clearing out of fridge and kitchen cupboards.
Wardrobe management for the family ensuring everything is kept well organised and tidy.
Cleaning of inside windows when required.
Sewing and mending of clothes when needed.
Watering and general care of indoor plants.
Running various household and local errands as necessary including some grocery shopping.
Two nights of babysitting per week agreed in advance.
Occasionally proxy parenting will be required. Again, this would be agreed in advance.

Candidate Requirements

experience working in similar roles with a stable CV. The family is looking for someone to join them on a long-term basis.
Ability to plan your hours in the house and prioritise tasks appropriately.
Proven housekeeping skills with the ability and dedication to have the house always looking in immaculate condition.
A natural affinity with children and experience of looking after them.
A confident and able Driver with full license.
You will be a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.
Ability to cook simple, fresh, healthy meals or follow recipes.
Excellent standard of spoken and written English.
Full Driving License and confident driving skills essential.
Non Smoker
Ability to be loyal, discrete and totally dependable.
Excellent, verifiable references.
Legally able to work in the UK.
