We have a vacancy for a full time member of floor staff at our award winning flagship restaurant and bar, The Jones Family Project, in Shoreditch, London.
experience is essential, as is a dash of charisma, bundles of energy and a love of food, drinks and people. We are specialist meat restaurant but also have 2 separate bars with fantastic cocktail lists. Most of our staff go through at least levels 1 and 2 of the WSET training course for wine and spirits, so we are very keen on people who want to learn more about wine.
