We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and highly motivated receptionist who has excellent customer service skills. We are looking for those who can truly build relationships with clients and oversee front of house operations with control and confidence.

The Lounge Soho and Joe and Co. Are leading independent hair salons in Soho and the West End. As a family run enterprise its fast, friendly and down-to-earth attitude has clients coming back time after time. Established in the late nineties, the hair salon already has a loyal and dedicated clientele, including many VIP clients. High standards of customer service and professionalism are top on the list of priorities, but a relaxed, fun atmosphere is also a key ethos of the salon. Our clients always come first and we want to ensure they enjoy the full salon experience in a modern, design led environment.

PREVIOUS experience (2 years minimum) as a receptionist in the HAIR or BEAUTY industry is essential and you MUST have experience in using a computerised booking system to be considered for this role.
