We are currently recruiting a Full-Time receptionist to join our team in a private gym in Battersea. As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact upon guest arrival and therefore will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our members. The successful candidate will be confident in handling enquiries as well as instinctively recognise the needs of our members.
We are looking for a Receptionist who: Has previous experience in a Receptionist role of a gym or similar environment.
Has a genuine passion for creating an excellent customer experience.
Has the ability to multi task and effectively react to changing member needs. Has a natural presence and confidently interact with members both face to face and on the telephone. Is immaculately presented.

Comfortable working alone as well as being a strong team player.

experience of hitting targets and upselling on products / services.

Excellent written skills
Duties include:

Handling phone enquiries. Meeting and greeting members.

General maintenance and up keep of the reception and gym areas.

Using programs such as Excel and Word

Processing sales and taking payments.

Working closely with External Staff members.

Communicating with members via email in a timely manner.

Cashing up

This position is full time working evenings and some weekends.
