TANAKATSU Japanese Restaurant looking for FULLTIME front of the house staff. 
Having fed and been supported by Japanese food loving city workers in St Paul’s at lunch time since 2013, TANAKATSU has launched the second site: this time we are 5mins away from Angel tube and is a 35 to 40 seating neighborhood dinner with take away and delivery. 
We are a small and independent dinner, that is run by a skilled kitchen team and welcoming professional front of house to offer next-to-non dining experience. 
We are looking for bubbly and experienced staff to join our family and team. 
We are very much serious about food, and looking for exceptional people to share our passion for food, service, people with us. 
The ideal candidates will have at least one year experience in a Catering business and it is a MUST that you have ‘CAN DO’ attitude about things at work and in general. 
Key requirements for the role are: 
-Able to keep asking yourself what can I do now and next ? 
-Able to remember what you learn and keep at them without being 
told repeatedly and pass them onto your colleagues 
-A warm personality and real love for interaction with customers 
-Really into great food and able to explain this to customers 
-Being quick on your feet as we can get very busy 
-Being very service-driven and able to press on to take a great care of 
your customers till the end of the service 
-Understand the meaning of team work 
-Reliable and super punctual 
-Can think constructively than destructively for the team and customers 
-Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction
