Front of House / Receptionist / Administrator:

We are currently looking for an experienced Full Time, dynamic and friendly front of house / receptionist to join our amazing team at Ultra Smile. This role does not come up very often as we have great staff retention.

Ultra Smile is a Multi Award Winning Private dental practice (including the top accolade of the UK’s Private Practice of the Year as well as the UK’s Most Attractive and the UK’s Best Patient Care awards) situated on the beautiful Limehouse Marina minutes the DLR and C2C Station. Both Canary Wharf and Bank Station the City are about 5-10 minutes away.

We are also a DIAMOND PLUS Provider of INVISALIGN so one of the UK’s largest provider of INVIALIGN and in the Top 50 providers of INVISALIGN in Europe.

You will be the face of Ultra Smile and our customers’ firsts experience of our business, so you must be very presentable, friendly and approachable and offer exceptional customer service - face to face, on the phone and on emails. It is therefore essential that you have fluent English language skills - written and spoken, and that you are a confident and friendly communicator.

Full training will be given but you must be experienced with UK reception and dental surgery experience preferred. Having knowledge of Invisalign will also be a great advantage.

• Have experience in the dental profession as a dental receptionist.
• Are passionate about the dental industry and enjoy constantly learning and developing your role in the dental team.
• Are equally as comfortable working as part of a team as well as leading other team members.
• Understand the importance of good communication and the vital role of customer service in the private dental practice.
• Looking for a role in which you can grow.
• Essential: Excellent communication skills.
• Experienced in IT including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Desirable: Carestream R4 software knowledge.
• Excellent people management skills Energetic and enthusiastic individual.
• Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Understanding of excellent customer service.
• Good references
• Good organizational skills
• Discipline and who appreciate the importance of their role in the delivery of exceptional patient care and service.
• Reliable,
• Punctual, Good organisational skills
• Outgoing, well-spoken
• Very well-presented
• Possessing a 'can-do’ attitude
• Attention to detail

Salary:
Variable – dependent on experience. We offer competitive pay rates for the right candidates and a great working environment.

Type: Permanent – Fulltime

Days:
Monday – Friday
We will require that you work 2 evenings a week up to about 9pm (but you can start later) and at least 1 Saturday a month.
