Description of position
Nicolás y Valero is currently looking for people who are dynamic, to join our team for our London's sales team.
We are currently recruiting high-energy, driven Account Executives with relevant experience in food sales, value-driven sales approach that our products provide.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Executive is responsible for all of the duties neccesaries for gaining new customers and obtaining orders from them. This isn't not a telesales position.
You must have a polished and professional approach with selling constantly in mind!
With uncapped commission on offer and our Top Salesman taking home over £90,000 per year, we want to hire the very best for our Sales Executive role.
Responsibilities
Learn our products, platform and value proposition.
Work in partnership with our team for all sales leads and sales opportunities.
Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process.
Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships.
Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
Managing events and user groups to generate market interest.
Basic Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English
A minimum of 3 years’ Sales experience is essential to be considered for this role.
Good knowledge and prior experience selling into UK Food sector preferable.
Have the ability to gain/close a deal.
Be tenacious, and driven to succeed.
Be enthusiastic and engaging in conversation with confidence to building relationships and overcoming objections.
Be money-motivated, and used to a pressurized environment. Sales by commissions.
Excellent communicating skills
Good computer skills
Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement.
Self-motivated and independent high achiever.
A self-driven work ethic along with the ability to set and achieve goals without constant supervision.
Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
