Role: Family Assistant
Care for: B8 and G11
Location: Regents Park, London (NW1)
Hours: 5 day Rota (flexibility to work weekends on occasion)
Salary: £500 - 600 NPW
Accommodation: Self-contained studio (with separate entrance) can be provided for live-in candidates

Our client is looking for a full-time Family Assistant to join their fully staffed household in Regents Park, North London.
The Family Assistant role is varied and will include childcare for two children aged 8 years and 11 years, housekeeping and laundry duties, along with PA duties for the whole family.
You will be joining an established team of professional staff, including; two full-time housekeepers, one laundress, and one part-time weekend housekeeper. The family are seeking a bright, self-starting individual who is adaptable and possesses a positive attitude. This is a busy but happy household with a team of staff who work well together.
The children attend a local school where you will collect them from by car and chaperone to activities. The children are sporty, and love to go swimming and cycling, so someone who is active and happy to engage them in outdoor pursuits is required.
You will be responsible for school collections, assisting with homework, taking the children to activities, preparing school bags, organising and tidying the children’s bedrooms, managing the children’s wardrobes, personal shopping, organising activities and planning excursions and trips, organising birthday parties and special events, packing and unpacking for travel, arranging medical and dental appointments, liaising with the children’s school, proxy parenting, managing the children’s schedules, household admin, PA duties to the female Principal, cooking simple meals, occasional travel with the family.
You will be required to work 5 days per week, and cover weekends on rotation with two days off given during the week. Schedules are sent out a week in advance. The family are considering both live-in and live-out candidates, should you live in then a spacious studio apartment with separate entrance is provided, should you live-out then you will be expected to provide some overnight cover to care for the children one or two nights per week.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking and efficient, energetic and active, a passionate cook, and possess excellent communication skills.
Tech savviness is required as you will be assisting the female Principal with administration, using online calendars / schedules, and shopping online.
