Full Time Experienced Office Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Full-time Office Assistant to join our small team and would able to start in October 2022.
The ideal candidate will be a well organized and highly motivated individual as you will be providing efficient administration support to the office team.
Flexibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and to do things outside your job description is a must, as we are a small team in a small office where we all get exposure to a wide variety of tasks and projects.
What we are looking for:
• Minimum of 3 years administration experience desirable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Good communication skills and high attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and perform a wide variety of tasks
• Ability to manage many simultaneous tasks whilst maintaining a high standard
• To assist in all general office administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, scanning
• Professional telephone and manner
Candidates should be able to work from Monday to Friday and some weekend work may be required.
