Full Time Experienced Mature Live in Nanny

Hi there.
We are a lovely family of 3 children ( boy 10, girl 8, girl.
6) Living in Turnham Green in Chiswick. We are two working parents who leave the house (latest) 7.15am daily and return ( earliest) 7.15pm. Our lovely nanny  / housekeeper of 6 years is emigrating back home to now look after her granddaughter in February.
As such we now need a replacement, to replace this lovely lady / Nanny Mcphee!
We have a vacancy  for a FULL TIME LIVE IN Nanny and Housekeeper.
The requirements are  approximately 45 hours  per week ( start date end of FEB LATEST)
Hours are approximately. 7.00-am - 12 noon and. 3.15- 7.45pm and 2 nights a week babysitting (one a weekend).
We are looking for a minimum 36 month commitment with a 3 – 6 month notice period.
We have a 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom house in Zone 2 Chiswick.
In return we are offering

A secure long term Job placement for at least 3 years with a lovely family and very loving children who will look to you to guide them. In work times, you are part of the family – often coming to all social events and the children will love you.
A net salary £350 / week + tube pass (zones 1 and 2) + local gym membership.
28 Days holiday pay
Own room, own bathroom, WiFI and SKY TV.

ESSENTIAL JOB Requirements ( Please don’t apply unless you fit this criteria)

Must be mature ( 30 years - 55 years)
Must be looking for a long term position to be part of a family.
Doesn’t need to be a driver
Must be a non Smoker
Must be a nanny and housekeeper by long term profession and for at least 5 years in the UK and have managed at least 2 large households.
Must have a clear criminal record, good references and  a fully checkable work history.
Must have a good level of written and spoken English.
Must ideally know London already and the transport system   / Uber ordering etc.
Must be able to manage contractors, suppliers, deliveries, dry cleaning, and full running of the household.
Must be patient, healthy, honest, fun, motivated and reliable and energetic.

Childcare related duties:

To look after child(ren) and to ensure that all their emotional and physical needs are met.
To feed child(ren) fresh and nutritious meals, taking into account any potential or existing allergies or diets; to ensure child(ren) follow a balanced, nutritious and age appropriate diet.
To organize stimulating activities for child(ren), e.g. Age appropriate playgroups, visits to friends (playdates), outings to places of interest (museums, galleries, parks, playgrounds, theme parks, farms), age appropriate arts and crafts (painting, colouring, drawing, play-dough, cutting out, making bracelets), always following the consent and permission of parent(s)
To ensure that child(ren) get plenty of exercise in fresh air (in gardens or parks), under close supervision.
To help child(ren) with their homework and school projects.
To manage child(ren)’s daily routine – mornings, school runs, evenings etc.
To take child(ren) to the doctor/hospital/dentist’s appointments when they are sick, if the parents agree to such procedure; to give child(ren) prescribed medications, with the parent(s) consent, and keeping dosage and times diary later shared with the parent(s)

Household duties:

To keep kitchen, play areas, bedroom(s), bathroom(s)/toilet(s), living room, utility room, attic, hall clean and tidy daily.
To sort, wash, dry and iron clothing with special care for delicate clothes according to instructions and labels, by hands or with the use of washing machines, tumble driers, racks, steam irons or ironing boards.
To change, wash and iron bed linen and Towels regularly as agreed with employers.
To manage wardrobes, chest of drawers and shoe cabinets (folding, hanging and organizing clothes, organizing and cleaning shoes)
To vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies, dust and polish furniture, mop and polish floors.
To clean wash basins and showers, wipe down mirrors and polish glass surfaces if required.
To operate mechanized cleaning equipment (washing machine, tumble Dryer, iron press, steam iron, floor steamer, vacuum cleaner etc.)
To cook for the family fresh and nutritious meals, to the required standards, taking into consideration any potential or existing allergies and diets.
To purchase food for the family or to prepare weekly shopping lists (if parent(s) require)
To shop for required cleaning products and other household stocks (ironing water, washing up liquid, washing powder, etc.)
To look after family pets if required
To help with basic gardening, sweep the porch area if required.
To liaise with household suppliers including delivery men, postmen, plumbers, electricians etc.
To polish antiques, silver and marble with use of special polishing products.
