Earn £1,500 per month as an end of tenancy cleaner / supervisor
We are looking for a self-employed experienced cleaner living in South East or East London area to join our team as soon as possible
You will work Tuesday to Saturday, but must be flexible as hours may vary slightly each week. This is a FULL-TIME role of 40-48 hours per week (6 days per week). We guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week.
WE WILL PROVIDE all cleaning materials, tools and equipment for you.
You would need to have at least 1 year cleaning experience including spring/deep cleaning and/or end of tenancy cleaning. Training will be provided to the right candidates to use Karcher equipment and how to use cleaning materials.
We are a busy London-based cleaning company based in Woolwich Arsenal, SE18. Ideally you would live close to SE18, SE9, E13, E15 or E16 (Woolwich, Eltham, Kidbrooke, Mottingham, Greenwich, Canning Town, Plaistow, North Woolwich or Stratford).
We are looking for the cleaner to start around 7th of July 2022.
Key requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (expenses will be paid);
- Eligibility to work in the UK/EU;
- Good standard of spoken English;
- 1 year cleaning experience;
- Flexible and enthusiastic, must enjoy being busy;
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail;
- Reliable, self-motivated and pro-active individual, who is able to use own initiative;
- Would ideally live in near Woolwich Arsenal;
- Must love cleaning and being busy;
- Must have references.
Our customers expect high standard of cleaning, so attention to detail is a MUST. The typical day would be driving to customer’s property, cleaning the property, going to another booking (if there is more than 1 booking per day).
If you only have 1 booking or have no bookings on the day you will work from the office studying or assisting administration with general duties. You will be paid for this time.
The main DUTIES include, but not limited to:
- End of tenancy cleaning;
- Spring/deep cleaning;
- Reporting issues back to the office;
- Covering for other cleaners.
