Dental Receptionist

We have started a brand new state-of-the-art private dental practice offering the full range of dental treatments providing care to the highest levels.
Please kindly apply if you are an experienced DENTAL professional and have experience in the DENTAL sector and looking for a long term position.
You must :
Have at least 1-2 years dental reception experience
Have basic administration experience - confirming appointments, scanning and updating patients records, etc
Exceptional interpersonal skills, well spoken
Be well presented and articulate
Be able to multitask and be able to work under pressure
Strong PC and Software of Excellence Skills ( Computer Software )
Book appointments and maintaining an efficient daily schedule for each clinician
Dedicated, energetic and caring
Work a as a part of the team
Be able to provide at least 2 references
The right person for this job should have extensive dental experience and a sound knowledge of dental treatments and techniques. You should have both the knowledge and confidence to be able to discuss treatments with patients by phone and in person.
This job is full time permanent post, 5 days a week. Working hours are 8.30 am - 5.30 pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Certain days we have a late start with late finish - time and dates will be confirmed at the time of interview.
Start date: as soon as possible.
Salary to be agreed, depending on experience
Competitive salary package depending on experience and for the right candidate.
