We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our successful growing team. The position is based in Middlesex / London.
The role
• Practice Manager who can assist with day to day management.
• Provide support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff within the practice
• Develop the practice with support from senior management team.
The Candidate
• Be looking for a long-term position to develop and grow personally within our team
• Have excellent communication skills and written and spoken English
• Understand CQC compliance and HTM01-05
• Have polite and professional telephone manner, must have a warm, professional manner and be well presented, hard working, diligent and have a positive attitude
• Be loyal, reliable, flexible and punctual
• Have computer skills with knowledge of MS Office etc. Ideally with Knowledge of R4 software
• Due to the nature of the position , the candidate must have experience in dental environment and previous dental reception, dental nursing and / or practice management experience is essential.
Salary range £28,000- £38,000 full-time. Salary dependent on level of previous experience.
