We are lookfing for a delivery driver / shop assistant to join a fast growing family run plumbers merchant.
experience is not required as training will be provided. We are looking to fill 2 positions to start immediately.
Your role:
You will help with the up keep of a plumbers merchant, helping keeping the shop tidy, well stocked and presentable. You will assist customers on a daily basis with orders. You will carry out deliveries of plumbing, heating and bathroom products to local areas.
Essentials:
You will need to have a full clean UK driving license and be over 25 years old due to insurance requirements. We open at 8.00am so Eary starts can't be a problem for you. You need to be able to speak English. You have to be hard working, and reliable as we are a busy shop. At times the work can be demanding so it is essential you are fit and able to carry out your daily duties.
Preferances (but not essential):
Having some experience in the plumbing or building industry is a help but this is not essential. Speaking another language is always useful.
Salary:
Your salary will be set according to your experience. The more you know and the quicker you pick things up the higher your salary will go.
