Arthur Price is a premium cutlery and gift brand. We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking person with a passion for selling and providing a first class level of customer service.
experience of working in a retail environment would be an advantage, as would previous managerial roles.
The key part of the role is to drive sales but it is essential that you have the skills to lead and motivate a small sales team, maintain the displays and standards of merchandising necessary to present a premium range to the customer. Maintaining a good relationship with the host store teams and management is an important element of the role also.
You will be supported by a comprehensive Head Office team and will receive full induction training on product and procedures. We encourage our Managers to take ownership of their department and expect you to be innovative and self motivated. The normal working week will be 5 days, including most Saturdays, some late nights and occasional Sundays.
Annual salary £25,000 plus bonuses (negotiable dependant on experience).
