The Tommyfield Pub in Kennington is currently looking to hire a full time Commis chef to join our team.
You will be required to work approximately 5-7 shifts a week (30-40 hrs). You will be responsible for preparing and serving cold starters, mains and desserts, cleaning and stocking your section and helping the team.
The candidates should:
- have at least 6 months experience in a busy kitchen
- have a passion for seasonal food and produce
- possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
- have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
- hold a valid work permit
