The gantry restaurant and bar is situated a stones throw away from Brockley station and is just a 10 minute train commute from London Bridge. This fast paced local restaurant offers a 'european' inspired menu with plenty of traditional french and british dishes. Dealing with fresh seasonal produce this restaurant has an opening for a chef de partie position.
As Chef de Partie your role will be to ensure the smooth running of your section in accordance with the standards laid down by the Head Chef. You will also play a key part in training Commis Chef and have an input on future menu planning. You will be responsible for keeping your section clean, tidy and organized at all times in compliance with Food Safety regulations. You should have a passion for food and be able to maintain the high standards of this fantastic establishment at all times.
Our chef de partie must be a highly motivated individual who displays a pleasant manner and a positive attitude and be willing to learn, train and develop your skills. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your section working alongside your colleagues and head chef. You will be ensuring that the food is prepared, presented and cooked to the highest standards and that these standards are always maintained.
All candidates must be hardworking team players, have a passion for food, have an ability to remain focused and strive for high standards.
