Wanted - FT Chef de Partie for The Regent Balham - Independent Pub in Balham. Immediate start!
Chef de Partie Role - Competitive hourly rates of pay – up to £8.50 per hour and generous service payments.

This is a permanent, full time opportunity for a hard working, enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our fabulous kitchen team in our independent and inviting neighbourhood pub, The Regent Balham, which is conveniently located very close to Balham tube/overground. (ideal commute!)
Strong food preparation skills a must plus a great team attitude and a passion for delivering great service are the other key ingredients we look for. Food is at the heart of what we do. We’re not “Gastro” as such – but we do believe in fresh produce, cooked to order, as tasty as we can make it.
experience in a similar position preferred or if you are ready to make the step up into a Chef de Partie role, we want to hear from you.
Throw in your passion for fresh produce, consistent, flavoursome pub food, clear communication skills, good organisational skills, high kitchen standards, strong work ethic, knowledge of H and S and you'll have us at hello!
