At least 2 years experience requires in the bar and grill industry.
Smith is modern British cuisine, selling fish and chips, burgers, steaks and salads.
Working closely with Head Chef and the business owners, this position requires a Chef who takes his/her job seriously and has the ability to lead a busy service and help the kitchen to continue to develop their own and the pub’s reputation.
