We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join us on our on-going mission to become the number one choice for food and drink in Ealing! We use only fresh seasonal ingredients in our modern British gastro menu.
The right candidate would have a background in a similar environment and a passion for great food and of course service. experience of working in kitchens in the bar / restaurant trade, London Gastro pubs / high turnover restaurants would be preferable.
Your qualities must include.
*2 years experience in a food lead commercial kitchen
*High attention to detail and great organisational skills
*Confidence and ability to work in a busy environment
*Genuine passion for great for fresh food
