This is a small team so you will have shifts where you will work alone, sometimes with a kitchen porter. You must have worked in a busy kitchen before, and have basic food and hygiene knowledge as well as knowledge of allergens. A certificate is also desirable but not essential. Full training will be given for the successful candidate.
