We are looking for an Inbound Central Reservationist to join our central reservation team based in Marble Arch, London W1 to support our top class restaurants – Amaya, Veeraswamy and Chutney Mary – two of which hold Michelin Stars!

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience gained in a call centre.
Excellent English, both oral and written
Confident communication skills
Highly organised and positive person with meticulous attention to detail.
experience within hospitality or restaurant industry preferable.

This is a full time position – 35 to 40 hours per week - working on a 5 rotating shift basis Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9am – 7.30pm. You must be fully flexible to commit to these hours, and may be required to work late on some occasions including weekends and public holidays.
You will need to be resident in the UK, have the correct immigration documents and be able to provide the contact details of two referees.
