Applicants must be warm, fun, friendly and enthusiastic with a passion for food, drinks, music and most importantly hospitality!
We are looking for someone to lead a team of staff and take ownership over the presentation of the venue while providing all the support necessary for our world class team of bartenders. You will have full responsibility over the cellar and bar setup, allowing you to be creative in the way we operate and deliver amazing experiences to our guests.
Organisation, drive and product knowledge will be the key to success in this role, from beer and spirits right through to our amazing range of cocktails.
