We are an award winning company offering a caretaker role in a well maintained development next to Maida Vale Tube Station.
Schedule of work:
Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Saturday - only one hour between 9am-10am.
Pay rate is £21000/year with holiday entitlement of 28 days/year.
Duties will include:

Cleaning (hoovering, dusting, relocating rubbish from residents doors to the bins, polishing surfaces in the communal areas etc);
Leasing with residents and contractors directly;
Gardening (grass cutting, hedge trimming etc) - need to be able to handle gardening equipment;
Reporting any issues straight away to the office etc.

Proper induction will be provided on site. Successful candidate should have good communication skills and have a positive attitude.
experience is not required, though it will be welcomed.
