Full Time Care Workers -  Recruiting top quality care assistants to deliver care in client's homes.

£18,000 Annual salary

40 Hrs a week

We are currently recruiting for full-time care assistants to join our expanding team, delivering outstanding care and support in client's homes in Kingston Upon Thames and surrounding areas. Support workers should be flexible with their working hours and drivers are especially encouraged to apply.
The quality of our care workers is the most important factor in ensuring that our clients’ needs are delivered using a person-centred approach.
Via our in-house developed Mobile Application, we are revolutionising care at-home by delivering better support for clients; and improved communication for relatives and care workers. Because of this, Support Workers will need to be tech-savvy and organized with a keen sense of duty and a focus on accurate reporting.

Care coordinators available for telephone support 24/7.

The service provided may include*:

Personal care.

Supporting/Assisting clients with toileting and all aspects of personal hygiene.

Continence management.

Supporting with use of aids to daily living.

Preparation of snacks and meals according to client’s likes/dislikes.

Supporting with feeding as required.

Domestic / Household Services.

General cleaning duties.

Companionship duties and getting clients active in their communities.

Recording and reporting each visit and recording medication taken by clients.

Supporting/Assisting with medication.
